“Hey, have you heard about that horror movie where the girl has a vagina full of teeth?”
Legendary British production company Hammer Films has announced their first foray into 3-D filmmaking. According to a recent press release, Hammer’s new ghost story, The Woman In Black, will be directed by James Watkins and shot in 3-D. The Woman in Black is based upon the best-selling novel of the same name by Susan Hill, and is set to begin production this fall.
“[Director] James Watkins has a huge fanbase from his award-winning suspense horror Eden Lake. [Screenwriter] Jane Goldman thrilled audiences worldwide with her script for Kick-Ass, and Susan Hill’s extraordinarily chilling novel has won over readers everywhere,” says Simon Oakes, CEO of HammerFilms.
