Hammer Hotties

From the 1950′s through the early 1980′s, Great Britain-based Hammer Studios turned out dozens of horror and science fiction films, a great many of which featured Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing as the male leads, which cemented the careers of both actors as pop culture icons.

Although the studio tended to use the same male actors over and over, its choice of leading lady seemed to change for every film. During their twenty-odd years of production, Hammer turned the spotlight on one beautiful woman after another. Some of them starred in a film or two and disappeared, while others, such as Raquel Welch, went on to international superstardom.
