What does this look like? Backstory: have a terrible derm and can’t get into the new clinic until August. This has been popping up on my chin for years. Itchy, red, bumps with no puss, then just goes away on its own. Years ago I put acne medicine on it and it flared bad, so not normal acne.

I did PDL laser a month ago for my broken capillaries (before, untreated pic on left) and this (right pic) is the result as of today after it’s “healed”. I’m so bummed, has this happened to anyone else? Capillaries are gone when I look closely but I’m left with this reddish mark.
